Product Description

Application
The fully automatic dosing equipment is mainly used for the dissolution, dilution, and dosing of coagulant aids such as polyacrylamide and polyaluminum chloride. It can also be applied to the dissolution and dilution of other non-hygroscopic granular or powdered chemicals. This equipment is widely used as supporting machinery for screw press dewatering machines and dissolved air flotation units.

Operating principle
The equipment tank is divided into three sections, arranged sequentially from the inlet to the outlet: the dissolving tank, the maturation tank, and the storage tank. Chemicals and water simultaneously enter the dissolving tank for mixing and dilution, then flow into the maturation tank to ensure complete dissolution, forming a solution. Finally, the solution is stored and discharged from the storage tank. Each tank is equipped with an independent agitator to ensure thorough dissolution, uniform concentration, and prevention of sedimentation.

The dosing hopper is controlled by a screw conveyor, while water inflow is regulated by a solenoid valve, ensuring synchronized water and chemical dosing.

The storage tank is equipped with a level switch to monitor liquid levels and control the solenoid valve's operation. When the liquid level drops to the lower limit, the solenoid valve automatically opens to inject water and add chemicals. When the level rises to the upper limit, the solenoid valve closes, stopping water supply and chemical dosing.
