Product Description

The BYIC anaerobic reactor consists of five basic parts: the mixing zone, granular sludge expansion bed zone, fine treatment zone, internal circulation system, and effluent zone. Among them, the internal circulation system is the core part of the BYIC anaerobic reactor, consisting of the lower three-phase separator, biogas riser, gas-liquid separator, and sludge water downcomer. The significant difference from UASB and EGSB reactors lies in the unique internal circulation structure of BYIC anaerobic reactors, which utilizes biogas expansion to achieve a large amount of mixed liquid internal circulation reflux without the need for external energy. Enhanced the mass transfer process and significantly improved the removal efficiency of organic matter. The removal rate of COD remains stable at around 90%, and the generated biogas is recycled as renewable energy, creating considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.

  2. Strong impact resistance: The internal circulation flow rate can reach 10-20 times that of the inlet water. The internal circulation reflux liquid is fully mixed with the inlet water in the lower reaction chamber, which dilutes harmful substances in the original wastewater, greatly reducing the degree of harm and improving the reactor's impact resistance.
