Application
BYDL High-Efficiency Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine has overcome the technical challenges of traditional sludge dewatering equipment, such as large footprint, high energy consumption, excessive noise, complex operation, inability to handle low-concentration sludge, and difficulty in treating oily or special sludge, ushering in a new era of sludge dewatering. Currently, this equipment is widely used in municipal sewage, livestock breeding, beverage manufacturing, food production, and petrochemical industries.

Operating principle
The device consists of multiple fixed rings, movable rings, and a spiral filtration component, continuously completing sludge thickening and pressure dewatering. It replaces traditional filter cloth or centrifugal filtration with a uniquely subtle filtering mechanism. The spiral pitch narrows from the thickening section to the dewatering section, compressing gaps by pushing the movable rings with the rotating spiral edges, generating volumetric pressure within the main body to dehydrate and discharge sludge while cleaning gaps in the filtration section to prevent clogging.

1. It is suitable for a wide range of sludge concentrations, from 5,000 mg/L to 50,000 mg/L.
2. It has strong resistance to oily sludge, with easy separation and no clogging; compact in size, water-saving, energy-efficient, noiseless, and consumes only 0.03 t/h of water per unit.
3. Routine maintenance is simple, allowing continuous operation without the need for dedicated personnel.
